I absolutely love love love Yulady's classes. Her vibe and energy are uplifting and motivating; when I leave her class, I feel light and blissful ( and well worked!) Also, her classes are creative, challenging, and always changing.
Emma is also a phenomenal teacher. Her step by step explanations of how to get into postures and advancing them are excellent and easy to follow. I learn not only new poses from her, but other parts of yoga besides asana.
